Talker

The Talker is sometimes referred to in Vicia as the "I am" spirit.

Talker is the part of us most closely identified with ordinary waking consciousness. This spirit expresses the light of knowledge within us.

Talker's presence is most easily felt in the region just behind our eyes. Its spirit body is sometimes referred to as the auric body. The auric body extends about nine inches from our body and roughly follows the body's outline.

Talker's awareness is linear and self-reflective.

Talker thinks logically, plans ahead, and makes decisions. Talker tends to be rational and feels at home with words, numbers, and abstract ideas. Talker is at home with both spoken and written language.

Talker is the shining spirit, the inner radiance of our self-awareness. Talker's development and education are the keys to our further spiritual and magical evolution.

Talker does not communicate directly with the God Self.

Talker depends on Fetch to be the conduit of communication with the God Self. This flow of communication happens quite naturally. If Fetch has damaging beliefs or emotions, however, normal communication with the God Self can be disrupted.

Victor described such limiting beliefs or emotions as "complexes," a term borrowed from Huna. Complexes may form as a result of traumatic experiences or negative indoctrination, particularly in childhood.

To harmonize the three spirits of the soul and strengthen their unity, Talker must:

  1. Understand the spiritual structure of the human being.

  2. Recognize that all three spirits are equally important.

  3. Consciously choose to work with the other spirits of the soul.

In particular, choosing to practice Kala begins the work of clearing complexes and restoring the natural healthy relationship of the three entities of the soul.
