THE TRIUNE SOUL Essential to the study of Vicia is an understanding of the spiritual structure
of the human being. Vicia teaches us that we have a four-fold nature: a physical
body and three souls. Each soul is individual and distinct, yet they are also
one.
A rough
comparison can be made to cell structure in biology. A cell is a single living
thing, but may also be described as a cooperative structure formed of a nucleus,
cytoplasm, and outer membrane. As with the different parts of a cell, each part
of the triune soul possesses different characteristics and functions. Each part
also possesses its own spirit body and characteristic consciousness. The
descriptions and exercises that follow are intended to lead to a deeper understanding
of the three souls and begin the work of attaining harmony between them. The exercises
are firmly rooted in the Andersons' teachings; however, the form in which they
appear here is the original work of Mandorla. A
few of many terms used for the three souls...

for anyone. (See Huna for more information.)
